  • 4 cups water
  • 2 ripe peaches, sliced

  • 1 tablespoon alcohol-free vanilla extract
  • Sparkling water (to taste)

  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Boil 4 cups of water in a saucepan. Add dried hibiscus flowers and remove from heat, letting them steep for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Strain the tea into a pitcher, discarding the flowers. Stir in honey or agave syrup while warm, then mix in vanilla extract.
  3. Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until chilled.
