  • 2 cups dried hibiscus flowers
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 ripe peaches, sliced
  • 1/4 cup honey or agave syrup
  • 1 tablespoon alcohol-free vanilla extract
  • 4 cups sparkling water
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Boil 4 cups of water in a medium saucepan. Add dried hibiscus flowers and reduce heat to simmer for 10 minutes.
  2. Strain the hibiscus tea into a pitcher, discarding the flowers.
  3. Stir in honey or agave syrup and vanilla extract while the tea is warm until dissolved. Allow to cool to room temperature.
  4. Add sliced peaches to the cooled tea and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to infuse flavors.
  5. Fill glasses with ice cubes, pour in the hibiscus tea mixture until two-thirds full.
  6. Top each glass with sparkling water and gently stir.
  7. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve immediately.
