  • 1 cup dried hibiscus flowers
  • 4 ripe peaches, pitted and sliced

  • 2 cups cold water

Instructions

  1. Boil 4 cups of water in a saucepan, then remove from heat and add dried hibiscus flowers. Steep for 15 minutes.
  2. Strain the hibiscus tea into a large pitcher, discarding the flowers.
  3. Blend sliced peaches with honey until smooth; you can leave some peach slices for texture if desired.
  4. Stir the peach puree into the hibiscus tea until well mixed.
  5. Add 2 cups of cold water, adjusting sweetness with more honey if needed.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
