  • 2 ripe passionfruits, halved and pulp scooped out
  • 4 cups strong black tea, brewed and cooled
  • 1/4 cup honey or agave syrup (to taste)
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice

  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

  1. In a blender, combine diced mangoes, passionfruit pulp, and honey or agave syrup. Blend until smooth.
