  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
  • 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup

  • 1 cup coconut water
  • Sparkling water, to top
  • Fresh mint leaves, for garnish
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Blend the diced mango, honey (or agave syrup), and lime juice until smooth.
  2. In a pitcher, mix the cooled green tea and coconut water.
  3. Strain the mango mixture into the pitcher, discarding any pulp.
  4. Stir gently to combine all ingredients.
  5. Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the mixture over them, filling each glass two-thirds full.
  6. Top each glass with sparkling water for added fizz.
