  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • Sparkling water
  • Ice cubes
  • Orange slices and mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine sliced ginger and water. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce to a simmer for 10-15 minutes to make ginger infusion.
  2. Strain the infusion into a pitcher, discarding ginger slices. Let it cool.
  3. Stir in honey or maple syrup until dissolved.
  4. Add fresh orange juice and lemon juice, mixing well.
  5. To serve, fill a glass with ice cubes, pour in the ginger mixture halfway, and top with sparkling water.
  6. Garnish with orange slices and mint leaves.
