  • 4 cups sparkling water

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine sliced ginger and 1 cup of water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 10 minutes to create ginger tea. Remove from heat and let cool.
  2. Strain the ginger tea into a large pitcher.
